I mate ultimate 5150

I-mate has debuted a new line of Windows Mobile 6 devices from the 3GSM World Congress in Barcelona this week called the Ultimate series, and we were instantly drawn to this, the Ultimate 5150. Living up to its name, the Ultimate 5150 is packed to the brim with features and even includes quad-band GSM with EDGE data and tri-band UMTS/HSDPA, meaning it will work on any GSM 3G network worldwide.

Connectivity options do not stop there though, with the 5150 also providing 802.11b/g WiFi, Bluetooth v2.0+EDR, and a miniUSB port. The I-mate Ultimate 5150, powered by an Intel Bulverde 520MHz CPU, sports a large 262k color touch screen with a VGA (480x640 pixel) resolution, proudly displaying the new Windows Mobile 6 Professional operating system.

 The on board 256MB ROM and 128MB RAM is complemented with a microSD memory card slot, which can be well utilized with the 2.0 megapixel camera. Video out functionality is available, and an FM radio is also on board.
